• For authors residing in Iraq, Article Processing Charges (APC) should be paid with a total amount of (100000 IQD). This amount should be paid when the article is preliminary accepted (scientific acceptance). All payments must be paid at the Engineering and Technology Journal office.
• For authors from all other countries, a waiver of 100% on Article Processing Charges (APC) is applied. Therefore, APCs are not required.
